Designed to effectively protect dough pieces during resting periods on proofing racks, Scaritech protective covers provide a reliable and durable hygienic barrier.

Thanks to their water-repellent treatment and durable blended fabric (280 g/m²), they prevent drying out, block dust and prevent mould growth, whilst remaining easy to clean and fully reusable.

Suitable for Scaritech ECH3 and ECH5 racks, they are easy to position and ensure a neat, secure closure thanks to their integrated zip. Available in several sizes, they fit various trolleys to effectively protect all products.
